These kids and their danged Photoship thingy. Looks great!

...but in issue seven there were only 9 flourescent tube lights in the vending machine and if you give the first 9 letters of the alphabet a numeric value, it spells “Drywall is SCUD’s father”...

Everytime I see something like this It makes my day. Its pretty rare that a dream, even about comic books, will come true.

Love the neon glow and electric crackles. You guys make a bad-ass cover.

    “Out by Comic-Con, right? Right?!?”

I’m trying really hard to. This book is twice as big as I first planned. I’m working on The Sarah show during the day and Drawing at night, I don’t want to shit out the third act and ruin this finale.

    I’ll keep you posted.

Looks awesome. I’m loving that paint-splattery look around the edges.

As for finishing by Comic-con… I’ve waited 10 years; a few extra months, I won’t even feel it. This is going to be the thing you’ll be hauling around to meetings for the next 10 years, so you want to make sure you’re happy with it.

If anybody knows of a good poster company, let me know. I think a poster would be terrific! I’ll talk to Image too.

Can you make a poster of the scud white tee, the one where he’s holding the two guns in the air?

I held onto my “It’s Cool to be a Robot” poster for about eight years. By the time it breathed its last, it was held together by tape, staples, and glue. A new Scud poster would fill that awful, awful void in my heart.

And it looks absolutely beautiful, by the way.

Rob: Let me know what size and number you’re interested in and I’ll see what I can do for you with the guys I use for my mass-printing in terms of pricing.

A poster of that cover would be awesome. I still have the “You’re My Bitch Now” temporary tattoo kicking around somewhere, and came dangerously close to getting it permanently done, which I still think would’ve been a good idea but everyone had their opinion :-P. I can’t wait till the book comes out. You’re the man Rob.

BTW, I just found Heat Vision and Jack online, haven’t seen it in years. Hilarious, can’t beleive it wasn’t picked up.

    Beautiful!

Nice to see Rob’s signature on a Scud image after the year 2000.

Will the omnibus be paperback or hardcover (please say hardcover), and the poster is a brilliant idea. I want one.

Konrad! Get it! I was thinking the same thing actually! But am too wussy. My skin does not have permanent ink anywhere on it, but that would’ve been one. :)

My vote is for a hardcover edition as well. Either that, or engrave each page on stone tablets. They’ll definitely stand the test of time… The hardcover is probably cheaper and lighter though. For portability. :p

Rob, that looks fucking suh-weeeeet!. I would love to have a set of posters to add to my wall o Rob.

Yeah, hardcover definitely. Especially with how thick it is at 21 issues, a paperback that thick will not hold up over time.

Checking in. Im working the “your my bitch now” image and text into a sleve I’m designing with my artist right now. I never imagined others would feel the same way about it, ha ha ha.
