You know Rob, you should consider writing your own online web comic. You could seriously keep Scud going, do a 3 panel, less than 1 page amount a week and fans will keep growing the more they read it online.
Just something to consider, I don’t know if you realized it, but online comics have been a big part of the online environment.
Check out a few of favorites (they’re more video game related) that are quite popular. You could make a lot of money making online comics my friend.
yeah but alot of people prefur paper based including me, althought have been known to read one or too only comics. by the way just got scud 21 and 22 (i live in england, slow release) and loved them both im going to get number 23 this thursday
this was a 3day project on and off, it hasnt got any mesh yet and i probly wont even use it in the advert im going to make dry wall and make one of there convos in to a advert with shots of fights and so i will either use jeff or end up making another bad guy… not sure who tho
thanks pat im in the middle of building a set for the final animation its going to be a miniute long advert for a scud movie with a voice over from scud if i can find the right voice
didnt realize it was u pat, thanks for the complement (and from you it is a huge one) im just playing around at the moment i havent had any training or any thing
For having no training, it’s pretty nice work. If you’re serious about getting into this stuff, I’d recommend the training DVD’s at The Gnomon Workshop: http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/
I went to school for animation but after I discovered Gnomon, I felt like I could have skipped school and bought a bunch of DVD’s instead. They teach everything you’d ever need to know.
im planning to do it next year in college im doing a film course at the moment and have been for the last few years. i just decided to try at cgi stuff for the hell of it tbh
didnt expect it on so fast, by the way this is my first attempt at cg, im normaly live action guy my self
good work. now mine wont be fora a month i’m still casting the parts. cant wait for the fans to see my idea. i’m sur they will.
