Wow. That looks pretty fantastic. I hope the posability is actually that good in the finished figure, ‘cause Geoff is right, they did a good job of capturing the feeling of his movement. (Though don’t his feet seem just a bit stubby?)

Looking back now, I can definately see the evolutionary process, from clay to wood. Perhaps the next stage will be a wind-up tin model. From there, of course, we’ll get a rubber bendy Scud, followed by a plastic model with accessories and a trading card, until he leaves his physical body behind and merges with the mainframe to become virtual Scud.
Or perhaps, in a bizarre twist of fate, Scud will have sex with Grendel’s mother and give birth to an Oscar.
I love the action figure! The only thing that worries me is the elf shoe feet, seriously wtf?
Aside from that, with 21-24, the giant book, and now this…Scud’s back on top baby! All you need to do now is dust off that old TV idea and start whoring Scud again!
I concur with his head being flat, I always got the idea that his head was a pill shape also.

Pill or not, articulated toes or not, I’ll still be picking up 2, one to keep in a box because I’m stupid like that, and one to sit on my desk and just all around look badass.
It looks amazing!! from all angles (which is hard). I want it now!! it would be cool to have one made of metal an shiny, that looks like it might assassinate me if there were 100 of em(paper weight pose, from issue one). A battle worn scud with little dents, burn marks, and a couple bullet holes. A sol scud from tales from the vending machine and scud from issue 2 all stealth looking. Also my fav. scud with a clip on fro!!! classic. Looks like im going to have to take up action figure moddin, Army of Scud!!!! i don’t usually type this much but scud gets me excited
Any chances of an accessaries pack? The fro, the Jesus minigun, sniper rifle etc?
This figure looks even better than I dreamed all those years ago (granted, action figures back then was of lower standards). I’d have many copies to make the Scud Sol, Lite and Tales figures. I want an Oswald to go with it too, but I wouldn’t know what to do with the head.

There might be a articulation point added to the toe so the elf look will go away.
You should see if you can get a hold of John Malchovitch to do some one-liners and make it a talking scud. Looks amazing. I like the eyes.

Looks great. I dunno – I always thought Scud’s head was flat on top. That’s how it’s looks in drawings.
Even if toes are articulated, I think the feet could be longer. I’m not looking at a picture, I just imagined them larger I guess.
This is one figure where articulation and posing will be important.
Scud’s head hasn’t been round since about issue 13 or 14. I like this model a lot. I think it’s perfect.

Wow, I never thought I’d see the day where a fucking amazing looking Scud figure was going to come out.
Hell never thought I’d see the end of Scud so this is turning out to be one of the best end of year suprises I’ve had in ages.

The only way this toy could get any sweeter is if it came with a removable werewolf arm. And articulated pinkies.

It is not wood. It is plastic! the rings or grain is the 3-d printing machine marks.
